A coaching platform that takes fitness coaches off WhatsApp and paper. Coaches generate a complete, phased 1–6 month plan with AI in under 60 seconds, then follow every client's sessions, pain flags and energy from one live dashboard. Clients log workouts on their phone, no app store needed.
I designed the product, the business model and the brand, and built it end to end: subscriptions billed in USD through Lemon Squeezy with local-currency display, a three-tier partner programme for members, ambassadors and coaches, and an automated content engine that publishes articles and videos.

About
Transformation is rarely a technology problem. It's clarity, ownership and people.
I'm Ravi. After a degree in computer science at the University of Mauritius, I started freelancing as a developer in 2011, spent four years at Accenture, and then grew with a European data platform serving global brands: software team lead, IT manager, CIO, and today Managing Director for AI and digital transformation.
I never stopped building. I still design the systems and write the code myself, which means the plans I draw up are ones I know can be delivered.
I've also founded or co-founded three businesses: My90Plan, a live coaching SaaS; Lartisanova, a Mauritian brand for business gifts and jewellery; and Maison Yajra, a bakery. Outside work, I give my time to seva for the elderly and orphaned in Mauritius.

Questions people ask before we start.
How much does an AI project cost?
Every project has a fixed price, agreed in a one-page proposal before any work starts. AI assistants and automations start from €2,500, web apps and internal tools from €4,000, and AI strategy work is quoted on request. Mauritius rates are available on request. You pay 50% to start and 50% on delivery.
Do you work with companies outside Mauritius?
Yes. I work remotely with clients in Europe, Mauritius and beyond, in English or French. Mauritius is on UTC+4, so my working day overlaps fully with European business hours.
How long does a project take?
Most assistants and automations are delivered in a two-week sprint, with a demo every few days. Larger web apps are split into phases, each with its own fixed scope and price.
You're a Managing Director. Do you have time for my project?
I take on two client projects at a time and work in focused sprints, so each one gets my full attention. You get a firm start date in the proposal, and you work with me directly, never a junior team.
Is my company's data safe when you use AI?
Data protection is designed in from day one: access controls, clear rules on what data reaches an AI model, and AI services that don't train on your data. Where data can't leave your company, I can run the AI on your own servers.
What happens after delivery?
Your team is trained and the system is documented, so you own it. If you want, I stay on for monthly care from €250 a month: hosting, updates and improvements.
